Currently Waitlisting Applications

Submitted applications are now automatically waitlisted, as vacancy is extremely limited

Those on this waitlist will receive an email offer should space become available and will have 2 business days to accept it.

Should they decline the offer or not respond, they will be removed from the Room Vacancy Waitlist.

All offers will be emailed to the account tied to your eRezLife account. Brandon University students need to check their @brandonu.ca email account.

Did you know that BU Residence is closed during the Winter Break? There are limited services provided during this time, from December 24th to January 1st.Current residents in an 8-month contract must register and pay the $400 Winter Break Fee to be able to access residence during the Winter Break.All residents are requried to submit the Winter Break Occupancy Request Form to confirm their Winter Break plans by no later than November 23rd. ...
