Fall Term and Academic Year Offers

Applications May 1: Receive offer May 2, Deposit Deadline May 10.

Applications May 2 – May 15: Receive Offer May 16, Deposit Deadline May 24.

Applications May 16 – May 29: Receive Offer May 30, Deposit Deadline June 7.

Applications May 30 – June 12: Receive Offer June 13, Deposit Deadline June 21.

** Deposit Refund Deadline is June 21st, 2024 **

Applications June 13 – June 26: Receive Offer June 27, Deposit  Deadline July 5

Applications June 27  – July 10: Receive Offer July 11, Deposit Deadline July 19

Applications July 11 – July 24: Receive Offer July 25, Deposit Deadline August 2

Applications after July 24 will be processed as they come in – there is a quick turnaround for offers and short deadlines.

Winter Term Offers

Start after October 16, 2024

Winter Holiday Break

University Closed: December 23, 2024 through January 1, 2025

Students who require to stay on campus during the winter break will need to sign a ‘Winter Break Agreement’.

Winter Orientation (New Students) / B.Ed Courses begin: January 6, 2025

Classes Begin: January 7, 2025

Check-in Dates

First day of check-in for Fall/Academic Year students — August 30, 2024

First day of check-in for Winter Term students — January 2, 2025

First day of check-in for new PENT Session students — March 21, 2025

First day of check-in for returning PENT Session students — April 4, 2025

Due Dates and Deadlines

Last day to cancel and get the $350 deposit refunded back to the student account — June 21st, 2024

Fall Term housing fees due for streamlined check-in process — August 15, 2024

Fall Term housing fees due to avoid penalty — September 4, 2024*
*Housing charges are to be paid in order to move in.

Fall Term only extension deadline — October 9, 2024

Last day to withdraw from Winter Term housing — December 1, 2024

Winter Term housing fees due for streamlined check-in process — December 15, 2024

Winter Term housing due to avoid penalty — January 7, 2025
