Our ground beef and bison are from our local Brandon, Manitoba butcher, Obermaiers. And as part of our community involvement, we also have Grey Ridge Coffee as one of our coffee suppliers in the hall. You can also find some of the in-house made delicacies that we continue to supply all of our smoked meat menu, Kettle Chips, and multiple kinds of BU BBQ sauce.
