Offer Date and Deposit Deadlines

Fall Term and Academic Year Offers

Note: Only complete applications (application submitted as well as $65 application fee paid) will receive an offer. 

• Applications May 1:  Receive offer May 5, Deposit Deadline May 12.
• Applications May 2 – May 15: Receive Offer May 16, Deposit Deadline May 23.
• Applications May 16 – May 29: Receive Offer May 30, Deposit Deadline June 6.
• Applications May 30 – June 11: Receive Offer June 13, Deposit Deadline June 20.

** Deposit Refund Deadline is June 20th, 2025 **

• Applications June 12 – June 25: Receive Offer June 27, Deposit  Deadline July 4.
• Applications June 26 – July 9: Receive Offer July 11, Deposit Deadline July 18.
• Applications July 10- July 23: Receive Offer July 25, Deposit Deadline August 1.

Applications after July 24 will be processed as they come in – there is a quick turnaround for offers and short deadlines.

Applications will not be processed between August 26th through September 2nd. 

Winter Term Offers

Estimated launch date: November 10, 2025

Winter Holiday Break

• University Closed: December 24, 2025 through January 2, 2026
  Students who require to stay on campus during the winter break will need to sign a ‘Winter Break Agreement’.
• Winter Orientation (New Students) / B.Ed Courses begin: January 5, 2026
• Classes Begin: January 6, 2026

Check-in Dates

• First day of check-in for Fall/Academic Year students — August 29, 2025
• First day of check-in for Winter Term students — January 3, 2026
• First day of check-in for new PENT Session students — March 21, 2026
• First day of check-in for returning PENT Session students — April 4, 2026

Due Dates and Deadlines

• Last day to cancel and get the $350 deposit refunded back to the student account — June 20th, 2025
• Fall Term housing fees due for streamlined check-in process — August 15, 2025
• Fall Term housing fees due to avoid penalty — September 3, 2025*
  *Housing charges are to be paid in order to move in.
• Fall Term only extension deadline — October 17, 2025
• Last day to withdraw from Winter Term housing — December 1, 2025
• Winter Term housing fees due for streamlined check-in process — December 15, 2025
• Winter Term housing due to avoid penalty — January 6, 2026

Students need to ensure they are checking their emails frequently as to not miss communication from our office. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure email and phone numbers are up to date on their student account.
