Offer Date and Deposit Deadlines

Fall Term and Academic Year Offers

Note: Only complete applications (application submitted as well as $65 application fee paid) will receive an offer. 

• First 50 complete/paid Applications: Receive offer May 4, Deposit Deadline May 8.
• Applications May 1 – May 13: Receive Offer May 14, Deposit Deadline May 21.
• Applications May 14 – May 27: Receive Offer May 28, Deposit Deadline June 4.
• Applications May 28 – June 10: Receive Offer June 11, Deposit Deadline June 18.

** Deposit Refund Deadline is June 20th, 2026 **

• Applications June 11 – June 24: Receive Offer June 25, Deposit  Deadline July 4.
• Applications June 25 – July 8: Receive Offer July 9, Deposit Deadline July 16.
• Applications July 9 – July 22: Receive Offer July 23, Deposit Deadline July 30.
• Applications July 23 – August 5: Receive Offer August 6, Deposit Deadline August 13.

Applications after August 6 will be processed as they come in – there is a quick turnaround for offers and short deadlines.

Applications received after August 27 will not be processed until after September 8.

Winter Term Offers

Estimated launch date: October 2026

Winter Holiday Break

• University Closed: December 24, 2025 through January 2, 2026
  Students who require to stay on campus during the winter break will need to sign a ‘Winter Break Agreement’.
• Winter Orientation (New Students) / B.Ed Courses begin: January 5, 2026
• Classes Begin: January 6, 2026

Check-in Dates

• First day of check-in for Fall/Academic Year students — September 4 and 5, 2026
• First day of check-in for Winter Term students — TBD
• First day of check-in for new PENT Session students — TBD
• First day of check-in for returning PENT Session students — TBD

Due Dates and Deadlines

• Last day to cancel and get the $350 deposit refunded back to the student account — June 20th, 2026
• Fall Term housing fees due for streamlined check-in process — August 15, 2026
• Fall Term housing fees due to avoid penalty — September 8, 2026*
  *Housing charges are to be paid in order to move in.
• Fall Term only extension deadline — October 17, 2026
• Last day to withdraw from Winter Term housing — December 1, 2026
• Winter Term housing fees due for streamlined check-in process — December 15, 2026
• Winter Term housing due to avoid penalty — January 6, 2027

Students need to ensure they are checking their emails frequently as to not miss communication from our office. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure email and phone numbers are up to date on their student account.
