Convocation Equipment and Supplies Request Form

Brandon University’s Senate Office is responsible for the equipment and supplies used at each Spring Convocation.  Internal and external organizations hoping to use any Convocation equipment and supplies must submit this request form at least two weeks in advance of the proposed event.

Note the following limitations:

  • Requests may be made only for events held at Brandon University.
  • No requests will be considered for events occurring in April or May (two months leading up to Brandon University’s annual Convocation).
