All students must apply online to graduate. If you are currently taking your last courses, you still need to apply by the published deadline even though all of your final grades will not be available until after that. We recommend that you apply earlier than later!

Application Process

Access the On-line Graduation Application.

Login with your student ID and password, click on the Graduation Application tab, fill in the form and click the submit button. You will receive a message saying that your application has been received. Return frequently to check the progress of your application.

Under normal circumstances, you will see your status progress through the following stages:

1. Application Received
2. Ok Pending Final Grades
3. GRADUATING

If you see a status other than one of the three listed above, and you have not heard from someone in the Registrar’s Office, please contact us at registrar@brandonu.ca.
