One New Thing 2026
(as in “try one new thing each term”)
As usual, One New Thing is open as a no charge service of CTLT to all at BU people interested in teaching: veteran and early years Faculty, Graduate students, Contract Academic Staff, and others who see teaching in their future. We will focus on solutions to university teaching challenges faced by participants.
Day One—Thing 1
Monday, April 27th | 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Course Design Refresh, ID teaching challenges encountered by participants, and IT Services Ask Me Anything session.
Day Two—Thing 2
Wednesday, April 29th | 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Possible resolutions to teaching challenges identified by participants, with ample time to work through their application in your course.
Day Three—Thing 3
Thursday, April 30th | 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Possible resolutions to teaching challenges identified by participants, with ample time to work through their application in your course.
