Brandon University and The Globe and Mail would like to invite you to participate in the annual national survey for the 2012 Globe and Mail Canadian University Report (CUR). In its 10th year, this survey is an opportunity for you to voice your thoughts and opinions about your experience at Brandon University. Administered by Higher Education Strategy Associates (HESA) on campuses across the country, this survey covers topics ranging from teaching, students services to extracurricular activities.

The results of the survey will be published in The Globe and Mail’s CUR publication, to be released in fall 2011 and on www.globecampus.ca. Also, HESA and your institution will use the survey data to better understand Canadian university students and factors affecting student satisfaction.

Once you complete the survey, you will be given an opportunity to enter your email address into a national draw to win one of three 16GB iPads! BU will be offering an iPad 2 to its own students who participate!

It should take you approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete this survey. At the beginning of the survey, you will be asked to log in using your university-issued email address or the email address that is associated with your university account to access the survey.

Your participation in this survey is entirely voluntary and all of your responses will be anonymous. No personally-identifiable information will be associated with your responses in any reports of this data. The Globe and Mail or HESA will NOT give, trade, sell or distribute any individual information that you provide. While you will be asked to enter your university email address or email address associated with your university account in order to begin the survey or to enter the prize draw, your email address will not be linked to the survey data and will only be used for above-stated purposes. Please note that each email address will be coded so that individual students cannot answer the survey more than once.
