FAMIS 360

Brandon University’s Physical Plant is now using FAMIS 360  – an integrated system that offers a streamlined, collaborative and transparent process for maintenance requests and work orders.  For any work requests, please submit through the FAMIS work order app.  Once your request is received and approved, one of our dedicated Physical Plant team members will be glad to help!

In addition to in-person training sessions, please see the user guide which has been developed to support Campus Community for guidance when using FAMIS.

Access to FAMIS 360

To access or submit a work order in FAMIS, you must be authorized by your department manager or director. Please contact your office to request access. Once authorization is received, Physical Plant will grant access to FAMIS.

Once you receive authorization, you can access FAMIS through your online BU profile by selecting the FAMIS 360 application icon.

If you continue to experience issues after gaining access to FAMIS and downloading the application, please contact Physical Plant for assistance.

WHAT’S NEW IN FAMIS!

Staff can now order paper supplies, keys, as well as request room and event set ups now in FAMIS.  Please choose either type of request you are wanting and it the general comments area supply us with as much information as you can and your request will be carried out by one of our staff members!
