Our Project Management team works to coordinate all space development, redevelopment and construction on campus.  Space modification requests need to be initiated by an authorized individual on behalf of a Dean’s office or business unit.  Our team will review requests based on space requirements, planning priorities, proposed objectives and funding, once the review is complete, a member of the team will follow-up with the request with the department/unit to initiate the request as to the next steps to be taken.  The team collaborates and coordinates all space construction which includes :

  • Space design standards
  • Space renovations, modifications, and construction
  • Resources to outside contractors, vendors, trades and consultants
  • Physical Plant is committed to meeting and exceeding all municipal, provincial and federal legislative requirements while providing a safe and healthy work environment
