  • Residence Student Association Fee
The Residence Councils are funded by the Residence Student Association Fee (R.S.A. Fee). This fee ($60.00) is collected by the University on behalf of the Residence Councils, and disbursed to the Councils twice per year. It is from this means that the Residence Councils derive their operating funds. The R.S.A. fee is charged to each resident at check-in, and is non-refundable.
  • Facilities Fee

  • Maintenance Fee
Each resident is charged a $15.00 per term for a maintenance fee. The fund created by the collection of this fee pays for non-recoverable damages within the Residence Complex, such as those damages resulting from normal wear and tear, vandalism, and abuse of Residence property. Residents are encouraged to minimize damages in the Residence Complex so that this fund may be used to make significant positive changes, rather than fund repairs necessary as a result of vandalism or carelessness.
