Avery Walker

• Avery will be graduating in May with a Bachelor of Music/Bachelor of Education (After Degree) Concurrent Program degree, as an Instrument Specialist.
• She has taught private lessons through the Eckhardt-Gramatte Conservatory
• In 2023, she was the Director and Coordinator of a 5-day intensive Saxophone camp.
• Born in Alberta, she moved to Brandon in 2010
• The ideology that she preaches is based on the conviction that all human beings deserve respect, tolerance, and access to an education free of prejudice and full of love. She also embraces this by being an exemplary music student and teacher.
• She was a member of the local sea cadet corp, RCSCC 60 Swiftsure. After aging out, she was a staff member and civilian instructor
• She would like to teach in Canada prior to teaching internationally
