YuJa Panorama
YuJa Panorama is a software tool that provides an effective resource for students, faculty and staff, in particular instructors who use Moodle for their courses.
YuJa Panorama allows instructors to automatically improve the accessibility of documents and digital course materials within their Moodle site. Instructors will receive an accessibility rating for their materials along with suggested ways to improve accessibility. This tool allows also users to access alternative formats of course materials within Moodle, including accessible PDFs, high-contrast or distraction-free reading, text-to-speech, or audio.
Outside of Moodle, YuJa Panorama can also be accessed using your BU email credentials at brandonu.panorama.yuja.com/login. This is an excellent way for everyone to assess and improve the accessibility of any digital document that’s part of your workflow.
YuJa Panorama is the same software that powers our website accessibility widget (the icon of a person with uplifted arms in the lower-right corner), where users can adjust to their preferences how BU website content is displayed. Click here for a detailed overview of YuJa Panorama.
