Training
Training for the first standard, Customer Service, will begin as of February 2017.
There will be three phases of training:
Phase 1: Online Training *
Phase 2: Information Sessions
Phase 3: Specialized Workshops on related topics

The Accessible Service at BU Checklist highlights the key learning points of the online videos.

Web Accessibility Training
Siteimprove Academy offers web accessibility certification courses free to all BU staff.
The non-technical accessibility certification is for content contributors, managers, marketing and other members who participate in the decision-making for your web sites.
Upon successfully answering the questions at the end of the lessons, you will be awarded a Certificate of Completion.
