Louise Avenue closed

Construction work will temporarily close Louise Avenue between 18th Street and 20th Street on Monday, Oct. 20, from approximately 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., weather permitting.

During this time:

  • Louise Avenue and the adjacent sidewalk will be closed to through traffic.

  • Access to Parking Lot 10 and HLC member parking will be maintained via the eastern entrance nearest 18th Street.

  • Please follow posted signs and use caution in the area.

This work supports the installation of new stairs at Flora Cowan Hall, which will restore direct street access to the residence.
