BU & ACC Program Partnerships
Brandon University and Assiniboine Community College (ACC) offer academic program partnerships. Your program will afford you the opportunity to experience hands-on learning and theoretical knowledge, giving you a competitive advantage in the workforce.
2+2 Programs
Spend your first two years at ACC, then transfer to BU in the third year.
Business Administration
This program is designed to recognize and build upon the accumulated business knowledge of students with a Diploma in Business Administration from Assiniboine Community College.
Digital Media and Design
Students transferring from the ACC Digital Art and Design or Web and Interactive Development program to the 4-Year Bachelor of Fine Arts with a major in Digital Media and Design are given a block transfer of 60 credit hours.
Environmental Science
Students transferring from the ACC Land and Water Management Diploma to the 4-Year Environmental Science Land and Water Management Stream are given a block transfer of 60 credit hours.
Geography
Students transferring from the ACC Environmental Technologies – Land and Water Management Diploma to the Geography Environmental Studies Concentration are given a block transfer of 60 credit hours.
3+1 Programs
Spend three years at BU, and one year at ACC.
Public History
Students can take a year of study in Media Arts at Assiniboine Community College to hone further technical skills applicable to the field of Public History.
