Programs of Study

 

BSES students must complete required courses in biology, chemistry, geology, geography, english, economics, and environmental ethics. In addition, they can select 18 credit hours of courses from one of the following areas of concentration: Biology, Chemistry, Geography, Applied Disaster and Emergency Studies, or Geology.

For students that registered in the Environmental Science degree using the 2017-18 BU Calendar OR EARLIER

For students that registered in the Environmental Science degree using the 2018-19 or 2019-2020 BU Calendar

For students that registered in the Environmental Science degree using the 2020-21 BU Calendar

For students that registered in the Environmental Science degree using the 2022-23 BU Calendar OR LATER

A separate condensed 2-year (60 credit hour) program (BSES – Land and Water) is available for students who transfer from the 2-year diploma in Land & Water Management at Assiniboine Community College.
