AIDS
Right to Attend
Students and staff who have A.I.D.S. or a positive H.I.V. antibody test, whether or not they are symptomatic, have the right to participate in University activities. Access to University facilities shall not be restricted because of A.I.D.S. or H.I.V. infection or exposure.
