IT Helpdesk continues to be available virtually, and will be reopening to in-person visits on Sept. 1 2021.

The Helpdesk is your first point of contact for all IT related questions & problems. We provide support, information, and advice to students, faculty, and staff.

No matter how you choose to contact us, a ticket will be generated for your request and we will provide assistance as quickly as possible based on the order in which requests are received and prioritized.
