Based in southwestern Manitoba, Brandon University also offers pre-professional and Master’s programs (face-to-face & via distance), as well as innovative and award-winning outreach programs in a personalized learning environment.
The Faculty of Education is seeking a pool of qualified sessional instructors for consideration when opportunities arise to teach Graduate courses within our Master of Education program, in any of the following areas:
Curriculum and Pedagogy
Guidance and Counselling
Inclusive Education (formerly: Special Education)
Educational Research Methods
Preferred applicants will hold a Ph.D (or be a Ph.D. candidate) with a specialization in their respective area, although applicants with a Master’s degree in one of the above noted areas with relevant experience may be considered.
An understanding of Manitoba school curriculum, successful teaching in K-12 classrooms, and experience in teaching online would be assets.
