Resident Parking

How to purchase parking while living in Residence

If you would like to purchase a parking permit for the fall, we ask you to complete the following steps (if you have not already done so) and we will assist you one on one from our parking office.

Step 1: Creating/Verifying your Profile

New Users:

Select “Resident Pending Approval” as User Type

 Existing Users:

  • Test your parking profile (if already created) to ensure you recall your password, by using this link: https://brandonu.ops-com.com/
  • If you cannot get logged in, please do not create a new profile. Instead, email parking@brandonu.ca for assistance.
  • Once you are logged in, check your User type, located in ‘your profile’, to ensure that it is correct.

User Type Should Be:

  1. “Resident Pending Approval” if you have not already emailed us to be approved as a Resident Student.

           OR

  1.  “Resident” if you have already requested a switch.

Step 2: Log your vehicle information

  • Once you have created/logged into your profile, select the Vehicles tab, and enter/update your vehicle information.
  • Vehicle information will be the ONLY method of permit verification.  NO physical hang tag permits will be issued.
  • It is CRITICAL that your vehicle information be accurate to avoid any ticketing.
  • You will be permitted to register up to 4 ACTIVE vehicles in your profile, however ONLY ONE vehicle can be in the lots at any given time. Inactive vehicles will be at risk for ticketing.

Step 3: Email Us

 (New and Existing Users) –

 Email parking@brandonu.ca with the following:

  1. Request for your profile to be approved as a Resident (if not already completed).
  2. The name of the Residence building you will be living in.
  3. The length of time you would like your permit for.  There are 4 month ($240.00) 8 month ($400.00) and 12 month($440.00) permits available and these spaces do have electrical outlets for plugging in during the winter months. Parking Rates

Step 4: Awaiting your confirmation email

From here, our office will assign you a space and email you with the next steps. Students living in Flora Cowan Hall will be assigned to Lot 10, students living in McMaster Hall or Darrach Hall will be assigned to Lot 7.
