Flower Fund
The flower fund, administered by the Human Resources Office, enables the University community to send an expression of congratulations, encouragement or sympathy during personal events of employees and retirees.
The employee’s or retiree’s department is responsible for notifying Human Resources of these occurrences. When contacting Human Resources, please use the form below to provide the gift choice and a current home/cell phone number for the employee or retiree.
Recipient Guidelines
Birth/Adoption
child of an employee
Illness
employee or retiree who is confined to hospital or who has been ill at home for more than one week
Bereavement
death of an employee, retiree, employee or retiree’s spouse, child, parent, sister or brother, grandparent or grandchild.
